Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with exceptional data entry skills for our fast-paced Propane Department. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound & outbound calls. Handle up to 80 calls per day.
• process customer orders and dispatch orders
• apply customer payments via phone, internet or walk-in
• collections
• schedule service work through group calendar
• mass mailings
• attend job related workshops/training

Requirements:

• high school diploma/GED
• reliable transportation
• 2 years customer service experience in a fast paced call center environment
• Must have data entry skills
• Ability to type 50 WPM
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
• sitting, bending, twisting
